With the 9th tournament of the 3rd season behind us, team Ghana ๐ฌ๐ญ continues to pull ahead, although with a slightly reduced lead of 238.0 after Nigeriaโs strong showing. Both teams had the largest contingent of 7 players each. However it was Nigeria who gained the most points, 28.0 to come on top of the rankings for the first time taking its total to 149.0. Congratulations to them and all the other teams that fielded players ๐๐๐.
This tournament featured players from 9 countries from the 2nd season participating to claim the weekly title. Afrika, American, Asia & Europe were all represented.
Uganda ๐บ๐ฌ with 2 players accumulated 7.0 points, came in 3rd position and has a tally of 118.5 points and 3rd overall. Asian Champions Kazakhstan ๐ฐ๐ฟ placed 5th with 1 player gaining 3.0 points, totalling 54.5 overall and remains in overall 4th position. American Continental Champions Colombia ๐จ๐ด placed 8th. Represented by 1 player who gained a point, taking its total to 38.5 and 5th place overall. Well done to all the players from the national teams that participated in this tournament .ย ๐๐๐.
Team Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ added a player to its team, taking the total to 7 players, well done to them. Letโs encourage them and all the teams to recruit even more players to bolster their team numbers. We also encourage those teams that participated in the last edition of the league to commence their campaign for this season. Finally we encourage players from those countries that are yet to participate in this league to do so. In order participate in these tournaments in preparation for the championships to come.
