With the 5th tournament of the 3rd season behind us, and no new entrant to the tournament, it continues to follow the same pattern as last seasonโs league. However itโs early day and plenty of time still remains for teams to mount a challenge for the top 5 positions. This tournament featured players from 8 countries from the 2nd season participating to claim the weekly title. Afrika, American, Asia & Europe were all represented.
Ghana ๐ฌ๐ญ fielded the largest contingents of 7 players gaining 32.0 points, winning last weekโs Nations title, furthering its lead to 142.5 points. A stretched margin of 60.0 points ahead of 2nd placed team Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ, who due to network disruptions only fielded 2 players who gained 4.0 points and placed 5th in the tournament, but still 2nd place overall. Uganda ๐บ๐ฌ with 5 players accumulated 15.5 points came in 2nd position and a total tally of 73.5 points and is 3rd overall. Kazakhstan ๐ฐ๐ฟ with 2 players gained 9.0 points, totalling 37.5 overall and remains in overall 4th position. Well done to all the players from the teams that participated in this tournament & in previous ones. ๐๐๐.
Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ & the UK ๐ฌ๐ง added 1 player each to their team. They now have 6 and 2 players respectively in their teams. Letโs encourage them and all the teams to recruit more players to bolster their team numbers. We also encourage those teams that participated in the last edition of the league to commence their campaign for this season.
